My Mom was asking me the other day how my date went with this guy that I had met with an online dating site that I have recently been using. I called her about a week ago really excited that I had met this guy on this new online dating site that I recently found and that we started talking and really hit off. We had a lot in common and we didn't find it difficult at all to keep the conversation going. We seemed to be at ease with each other right from the beginning. Well, that at least is how I felt. And it seemed like it was also true for him also. He said that he liked talking to me and wanted to get to know me better. I told him the same thing.

When my Mom was asking me about this guy I met, I started telling her that he was beautiful, sweet, caring, and liked a lot things that I like. Having things in common is a really big thing to me when dating someone new. That is one of the major things I was looking for when I was searching in the online dating sites. Have to have things in common to make it start working. This guy I met is amazing and I absolutely adore him. He just might end up being my soul mate. But it really is too early to make that assumption right now. But it is a possibility. I figure without hope, nothing will work.

Talking with my Mom about this new guy from the online dating site, she asked how the date went. I sadly had to tell her that we both decided to cancel and make the date for a later day. Because we both weren't feeling all that great that day and wanted to postpone. I guess it was nerves on both our parts because I felt exactly the way he did. Now I'm just hoping it isn't his way of saying that he doesn't want to meet each other at all. I always tend to think the worst. Like my Mom always told me that I love making mountains out of mole hills. She is so right, I do do that, but I can't help it. I'm a natural worrier. I dont' think I will ever get over that. At least not anytime in the near future.
